The day will begin with an informative announcement about making healthy drink choices. In the morning a group of students known as Fitness Force will wheel a cart from classroom to classroom to show how much sugar is in different beverages using sugar cubes to prove the high the sugar content in some drinks. Fitness Force will share the Rev Your Bev Pledge they have written and ask students to commit to making healthier beverage choices by signing the pledge and students will be able to register to win reusable water bottles. After the classroom visits are finished the beverages and sugar cube cups will be placed on an exhibition table in the cafeteria during lunch. At the end of the day during afternoon announcements Fitness Force will announce the winners of the reusable water bottles and reread the pledge to remind the students to make wise drinking choices .

Memorial Hospital of Martinsville/Henry County will be holding a Rev Your Bev day event in the hospital cafeteria during the lunch service period! Two Registered Dietitians will be available at the booth throughout the event to encourage participation and answer questions! The hospital will teach the importance of making healthy beverages choices while also offering a variety of healthy alternatives to sugar sweetened beverages for participants to taste!
